I was able to get an appointment to see the Doctor within 24 hours. The Doctor was first class and very helpful Again the receptionist at the practice was helpful. Must also mention the pharmacy in Mona Vale. First rate service

This was my first visit here - Easy to get to by public transport and there’s plenty of parking across the road in Woolworths. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the doctor I saw (Dr Jodie Parker) was on time and was very welcoming to me as a new patient. She showed a genuine interest in my health and I didn’t feel rushed at all. It wasn’t a bulk billing service but I’d much rather pay to see a doctor like Dr Parker who seem passionate about providing me with a great healthcare experience and I feel so grateful that she was taking on new patients when I called the practice to make an initial enquiry.

Dr Jodie Parker is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend her, she was very kind, accommodating and helpful as I needed a new GP in the area. Very happy with her service and even more thrilled that I can bring my support dog with me to my appointments ^-^

Very happy to finally find a real family practice unlike the medical centres that's popping up everywhere. Friendly staff, great relaxing environment and most of all having doctors that actually spend proper time with you learning about you.
